We’ve changed the way our bonuses work at Slotto, so that we can remain as fair and as transparent to all our players as possible.
This means that if you win with your cash you can withdraw it at any time. If your luck’s not in and your cash balance hits zero, your bonus will come in to play and give you a second chance to win.
Your cash is in your hands and our bonuses are there to back you up!
We know you’ll have some questions, so we’ve tried to answer a few here:
Q - If I take a bonus and win with my cash, can I withdraw my cash balance?
A - Yes! All winnings with cash will be paid into your cash balance and can be withdrawn.
Q - Do my cash stakes contribute towards wagering requirements?
A - No. Your cash will play first and can be withdrawn at any point. If your cash balance is lost completely you will start playing with bonus funds and contribute towards your wagering target.
Q - What happens if I withdraw my cash balance whilst I have an active bonus?
A - Not a problem! If you decide to take your cash your bonus will be cancelled and all bonus funds will be forfeited.
Q - What happens if I lose my cash and try to withdraw my bonus funds?
A - If you lose your cash balance all gameplay will then begin contributing towards the bonus wagering requirements. If you submit a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met, your bonus will be cancelled and all bonus funds will be forfeited.
Q - What happens if I stake £1 with my cash and £1 with my bonus in a single stake, and win?
A - Your win will be paid out proportionally, so in this case half of the amount won would return to your cash balance, and half would be paid into your bonus balance.
Here's a quick example of how taking a bonus might work:
If you take a 50% deposit match and deposited £100, you'd have £100 cash and £50 bonus.
You decide to play one of our top slots like Rainbow Riches and on your first spin you win £20. You'd be left with £120 cash, and your £50 bonus.
Then it's up to you... carry on playing to try and win even more? Or cash out early, take your £20 profit and forfeit your bonus?
