The most common reason for a deposit failing is that the connection is lost before the process is completed. Simply try again and there is a good chance it will go through. If not, the first check to make is to clear your cache, for details on how to do this click here.
If you have cleared your cache and can still not successfully deposit, we recommend you check the following;
- An unexpected payment may have come out of your account. Check your balance and if you have sufficient funds please try again.
- Have you entered your 3 digit CVV number in correctly?
- Some banks block your card from being used as a security measure. Please contact your bank to notify them that you are happy to use your card online with Slotto.
- If you have already used your card in quick succession on your account, our systems will temporarily stop transactions going through. Hold off attempting to deposit for 15 minutes before trying again.
